I tried to connect to the internet via my Nokia E71 and must have damaged something on that way:

linux-43ov:/etc/ppp # su -c "wvdial nokia-bluetooth"
--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.60
--> Cannot get information for serial port.
--> Initializing modem.
--> Sending: ATZ
ATZ

--> Sending: ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2
ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2
OK
--> Modem initialized.
--> Sending: ATDT*99#
--> Waiting for carrier.
ATDT*99#
CONNECT
~[7f]}#@!}!} } }2}#}$@#}!}$}%\}"}&} }*} } g}%~
--> Carrier detected. Starting PPP immediately.
--> Starting pppd at Fri Dec 18 20:40:17 2009
--> Pid of pppd: 29204
--> Using interface ppp0
--> local IP address 41.219.90.48
--> remote IP address 10.6.6.6
--> primary DNS address 10.40.10.162
--> secondary DNS address 10.40.10.230
--> Script /etc/ppp/ip-up failed (return value: 0x1 )

where would I be able to get the contends of the if-up file?
Thanks!
