Upgrade to openSUSE 11.2 keeping KDE 3.5

I have openSUSE 11.1 with KDE 3.5.10, KDE 4.3.3 and GNOME 2.26. Is it possible to upgrade to oS 11.2, keeping the KDE 3.5.10 install since I use KDE 3.5 more often.

What does one need to do to keep KDE 3.5, while upgrading to openSUSE 11.2 ?
(will be installing from openSUSE 11.2 32-bit DVD)

In theory yes add this reposetory for KDE3

Index of /repositories/KDE:/KDE3/openSUSE_11.2

but beware there are tweaked KDE3 packages in the oss repo that break some KDE3 features and conflict with packages from the KDE3 repo, so place a higher priority on the above repo and be ready for some system extra tweaking

I too miss official KDE3 support
