Compiz-Fusion on Geforce 7300 LE problem

I installed compiz fusion with the 1 button install from opensuse.org and enabled the options to rotate the cube but I am having no luck getting the cube to rotate. I have 4 desktops enabled through compiz manager as well.

My machine is a Dell Dimension E521 with Nvidea GeForce 7300 LE

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also have the latest drivers installed from the Nvidia repository.

Hi
What desktop are you running and what release of openSUSE?

I am running KDE and the latest OpenSuSe 11.2

I’ve never had this problem on my laptops and hope I’m just overlooking something small here.

Hi
KDE4 uses kwin, you don’t need compiz? It’s only used with Gnome…
Suggest you undo what you have done and explore the kwin options.

I’m trying the kwin…doesn’t seem as flexible as compiz but it’s doing the trick with some nice features. I like the ease of downloading themes.

Hi
I’m a mainly Gnome user with limited kwin usage, but I’m sure in the
setting you can get things rotating and such. I guess features will be
added as KDE4/kwin evolves
