I use the Smart software package manager, and not zypper (so I am no zypper expert), but I think this one line gives most of what you need to know:

" File './suse/rpm/noarch/yast2-online-update-frontend-2.17.13-1.2.17.noarch.rpm' not found on medium'http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.1/' "

i.e. it can not find the file you tried to install.

When I look at the URL Index of /update/11.1 I find the file: "yast2-online-update-frontend-2.17.13-1.2.17.noarch.rpm 27-Jan-2009 19:20 9.8K Mirrors Metalink" which I think is the file you were trying to install.

Have you tried again since that failed attempt?

Do you see this sort of thing often? If so, have you disabled ipv6 ?

It may be worth refreshing your repositories. 'zypper ref' will do this.
