Just updated 11.1 x64 from KDE 4.2 to 4.3 and the default panel was set to autohide before update and now with 4.3 wont display or unhide.
If I add another panel move it to top, bottom or sides and set to auothide it no longer will display or unhide, pop back up whatever.

It seems to have resolved itself nevermind dont know what if anything I did.
