Default integrate encrypted home with login

Is there anyway to integrate a encrypted home partition with the desktop manager login?

Even better would be to have each home sitting on a different encrypted partition (lvm?) which is activated on login and deactivated on logout. It is so very lame to enter a password on boot.
    It's really that much fun!

Maybe look at encfs for individual home directories, then you don't have
to encrypt the whole partition with a single password (in a multi-user
system that kinda defeats the purpose).
