Default Internet terribly slow with 11.2 M8 installation

I just finished installing 11.2 M8 and my internet connections are terribly slow when using Firefox and Konqueror. Could anyone give me some suggestions on how to fix this? I'm hooked up to a cable modem through a network cable. I already tried to disable "Ipv6" as I remember this fixed it on 11.1 but that didn't help at all.

    Thanks!

Did you disable globally or just in the browser?

I always do it globally and reboot.

I guess that I did it globally. I did it through Yast, then network settings.

    Correct, that's the way.

Is this the first M version you tried so far?
Check you hardware (network devices) against any reported bugs.

    https://bugzilla.novell.com/index.cgi

Check your network devices and drivers with the output from
    Code:
    /sbin/lspci -nnk

What specifically should I see with this command? I don't see any reference to network.

Did you disable IPV6 in Firefox? You may want to try that too.
