How to customize default settings for Firefox print dialog?

Does anyone know how to change the default settings for the print dialog in Firefox? I'm particulary interested in the settings for Page Setup > Pages per side, and Options > Print selection only (would like to make this the default, if possible).

I've looked into about:config, but there doesn't seem to be anything related. Any place else where I could check?

Hm, yes, that sounds like the printing settings are not customizable yet (except a few that are listed in about:config -- unfortunately not the ones I'm interested in ...
