openSUSE was the first 64 bit linux able to boot but only in failsave modus. i tried others like linux mint, ubuntu studio, fedora and others. but all 64 bit distributions failed at startup just before the desktop was expectet to be displayed. 32 bit never failed with gnome, kde xfce.
how can i find out and fix the problem?
