I'm running opensuse 11.1 and I'm owner of creative sound blaster Live! platinum 5.1 with live! drive and the RM-900 remote control
I have xbmc for media center and I want to use my remote.
The problem is that I can't configure lirc.
I installed the package and dependencies from yast but I can't configure it through yast>hardware>infared devices
I can't also enable lirc from yast>system>System Services (runlevel) and I have this:

/etc/init.d/lirc start returned 6 (program is not configured):
