Unhappy Problem Installing php-gtk - Linux Newbie!

Hi all, I just made the jump from Windows to Linux, and chose openSUSE as my first distro. I'm trying to install php-gtk, and I have successfully downloaded and untarred and am now trying to move on with the installation instructions. I'm getting an error when i do ./buidlconf, and I'm stumped. I hope someone can help point me in the right direction. This is what I've done so far and the output:

    Mandy@linux-tj32:~> su
    Password:
    linux-tj32:/home/Mandy # cd php-gtk
    linux-tj32:/home/Mandy/php-gtk # ./buildconf
    rebuilding configure
    make[1]: autoconf: Command not found
    make[1]: *** [configure] Error 127
    make: *** [all] Error 2

    When you go to Webpin
and you fill in php5-gtk and click 11.1 you get:
    Webpin
From there you can use one-click install. Or is that not what you want?
