Hi.

Let me first say that I am a newbie to Linux. I have tried searching both this forum and other sites for an answer to my question but haven't found one. If my question is answered somewhere else or I wasn't using the right keywords for my search, please bear with me.

My setup: I have an older machine that was dual booting Windows 98 and Windows 2000. (Windows 98 was installed on the primary partition and Windows 2000 was installed in a extended/logical partition.) I installed OpenSUSE without a problem. However, the GRUB boot menu gives me the option to boot OpenSUSE or "Windows". The Windows option takes me to the Windows boot menu and there I have to choose between Windows 98 and Windows 2000. I would like to be able to pick between Windows 98 and Windows 2000 right from the GRUB menu bypassing the Windows boot menu.

Is this possible? All the solutions I found involved hiding one Windows partition from the other but I don't think this will work because they are not both primary/bootable partitions.

Any help would be appreciated.
