    Question edit connections disabled?

    I am not able to edit any network connection like eth0 and wlan. it seems disable. please tell me how to enable and edit connection and enter manual ip details.

    I guess it is possible if I have root login in gui

    Please use root permission to modify your network device settings as below:

    I want to modify network connection by right click try icon of network and by clicking "network connections...". I am only able to modify wlan connection.

    "auto eth1" and "auto eth0" are disabled for modification.

    Can you use root permission to modify setting in console?
