    Exclamation How can I install MIT Scheme?

    How can I install MIT Scheme? On official site i've read the manual: How to recompile Scheme on your system. But I don't know how to install the recompiled binaries... Please help)

    i do not find that section....can you give its URL link

    i have read the install instructions at
    http://www.cse.iitb.ac.in/~as/mit-sc...er_2.html#SEC2
    and it appears to me that compiling is not required..

    whether if you install he precompiled or the ones you compiled, i
    would think the link i gave above would be enough direction...maybe..

    If you're just looking to learn Lisp, openSUSE comes with both variants of Emacs/XEmacs, which runs Lisp, has tons of documentation including a guide to learning Lisp.
