    Default DPMS don't work

    When I write :
    << xset dpms force off >>
    I obtain only a blank screen.

    I can't understand why, because it worked on OpenSUSE 11.0 (I'm using OpenSUSE 11.1) and ACPI are active.




    I have an laptop Amilo amd 64-bit.

    on xorg.conf I have the option active.
    Nobody had the same problem?

    Yeah - same problem here on Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile V6545.
