    Hello all,

Is KDE desktop environment starting only if I have a monitor conected to the PC cause I wanna connect to openSUSE via a Xbrowser and I cannot accomplish this.

I can only ssh to the Linux box.

    Ionut,

KDE starts, but you don't connect to the screen it runs on.
Actually if you can only ssh, I'd start the box into runlevel 3 only, then do an ssh -X and launch the remote KDE apps so they appear on your local X server.
