    Question strigi/nepomuksearch

    Hi,

    I have a question to strigi:
    I can make a desktop search in the way using "alt-F2" and typing in "nepomuksearch:xyz" and the results=files will be shown in dolphin. Is there a better program/applet for the search, giving the results like google desktop search or kerry?

    Greetings

    Michael

    As i can recall you do not need write that, i remember writing down a file name shows every possible file that got indexed.
    How does a linux geek make love??

    - rtfm; unzip; strip; touch; finger; mount; fsck; more; yes; umount; zip; sleep;

    You can perform a search thatś a bit more sophisticated using tags. Look at the following link, last entry on the page.

    KDE Community Forums • What's possible with Nepomuk/Strigi in KDE 4.2.2

    I think that currently is about it what you can do with nepomuk
