I looking to find a good text to mp3 or text to speech!

Install kttsd, it’s a text to speech program. English is supported. I helped somebody configure and use it some years ago, don’t know about the status now.

There’s also epos, if you’re Czeck or Slovak speaking,

By means of some audio program you should be able to record this, but i’m not realy into that
