Updating Firefox, etc.

I want to install the latest version of Firefox. I’ve downloaded it, but – being a Linux beginner – I don’t know what to do with it. It’s a .tar.bz2 file. What next?

I also have an .iso file for ooReXX, and a .zip file for THE, but I don’t know what to do with those either.

A few tips, or a pointer to the relevant SUSE docs would be enough. Thank you. I’m a quick learner.

Open YaST and search for Firefox there. It’s the easiest way to install and you don’t have to compile anything yourself.
Good luck.
