10.1 Hanging at progress Bar/Sleep/Hibernate Issues

To start it, when I boot the system it makes it to the progress bar to load SUSE. If I press esc key, I get the text line and the last thing that it says is “Clocksource tsc unstable (delta = 4398046122661 ns)” but when I press the power button on my laptop, it starts to boot normally, I tried to read what it says, but it moved to fast for me. Second thing I’m having an issue with is when I try to suspend the system, it sits there at the login screen to unlock the system. When I close the lid it just sits there. When I hibernate the same problem as the loading comes into play. If I press the power button once, it starts to load no problem. I did not see anything close to the same as when I normally boot. Could someone please help me. I’m not really a noob at this but this is just confusing me. I’m normally a Ubuntu guy and I’m trying to get into OpenSUSE. My computer is a Compaq Presario F768WM. Any help would be greatly appriciated!

would it be possible for you to try installing a newer version?
10.1 has not been supported since, wow…a couple of years or so…

and, a newer version might have your problems fixed!!
