This would be actually the wrong section to post a help thread.
You will get less answers here for technical problems.

I will try the same, let's see. Did you set any particular permission in the system before rebooting, why did you press Alt Cntrl Backspace? Was the system blocked? What application induced you to do so? Was the boot up normal? Do you use kde 3 or 4?
Just "clicking away" security warnings about a change in repo signature ? Not able to control?

I use KDE 4.3 (beta). No I don't set any particular permission. A simple plasma crash made me to do so. It wasn't a new and serious problem, just a little crash.
Actually the root user works well, but I cant login in my user. I can remove the .kde or .kde4 folder in my home folder, but if I do that, all the customized setting of my plasma & kde softwares will be deleted and it seems the system is reset! I dont want to do so.

Don't remove the folder for now. Try to rename it badKDE. Then try to boot. If it works, you will know that it is actually a plasma problem. Then you try to have a look on the hidden files. You will have to go by trial and error to restore one by one part of the files to the new KDE folder up to the point when you will run into the problem.
I am not an expert on plasma but if the config file is broken I fear that you will have to customize the desktop again.
But your losses should be less this way.
Don't forget to set correct writing permissions to badKDE (since you will do the renaming from root).

Before you do anything: check that your home partition is not full. That could also be the case. A friend of mine forgot a kaffeine registration and ended up to completely fill up /home. The symptoms were very similar.

I forgott: you have to go into view and activate: show hidden files. But I guess you are aware of this.
