If anybody have an idea, well then tell me how you did it, please.
I'm looking forward to hear from you soon.

    search on IBM developer works.

A bunch of folks at IBM went through the exercise of getting just about every lotus program working under wine. I'm not sure if they ever released it externally though.

you are welcome here, but are you running openSUSE 10.1 ??

it is no longer supported, and there are NO with security updates for
it...you should very seriously consider installing 10.3 or later (10.3
ages out in just THREE months)

but, maybe you are running SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop version 10
with an update named One, or ???

    in a terminal type
    cat /etc/SuSE-release

if you are running an Enterprise edition you should be paying to
receive security updates AND be asking for help over in forums.novell.com

as for "can't configure Lotus Domino" neither could i....never saw the
need of anything named Lotus since the spreadsheet program Lotus 123
which ran in non-graphical DOS 5 (or so, pre Windows 3)

    Hi,

What release of Lotus Domino are you trying to set up?

Keep in mind that every release is only supported in specific distros, normally the enterprise releases of Red Hat and Novell SuSE.
That doesnt necessarily mean that they wont work on Open Suse, much on the contrary, I have ran Domino on Open Suse and Debian and it goes like a charm.
Nevertheless, if you are setting up a production server and wish IBM to be involved in your Domino problems, be on the safe side and go for one of the supported distributions.

Find here the supported distros matrix for Lotus Domino on Linux:
IBM - Detailed system requirements for Lotus Notes, Lotus Domino, Lotus Domino Administrator, Lotus Domino Designer, and Lotus Notes Traveler

For example, for the latest release of Domino, 8.5, these are the supported linux distros for x86 platforms:
IBM - Domino 8.5 - Detailed system requirements

    Hope this help.

    Regards.
