[11.1, Gnome] Problems with playing COD 4

I’ve installed COD 4 with wine. (the first game that I installed with Wine AND that runs yeah!;))

But when I try to play the campaign the first level don’t load.
The movie play but the progress thing at the bottom of the screen don’t get filled. And when the introdructionmovie of the level ends there nothing happen?

How can I solve this?
