Cool K3B, NeroLinux, Burn4Free, burnatonce, ImgBurn...

There are many tools for burning images and creating CDs/DVDs out there. Here's the question: Which one is the currently most equipped for OpenSuse? Which ones are RECOMMENDABLE? Thanks for useful answers.

Have you tried what comes with OpenSUSE? k3b (if you have the KDE stuff
at least installed, even if you are not using it primarily) is my
favorite, though I think 'brasero' is the default for Gnome and is
    probably also just fine.

    Good luck.

I've tried some of the commercial Linux CD burning programs, but in most cases I always had to tinker with it to actually detect I had a CD/DVD drive. Other than the usual set of bugs, I haven't had any trouble with k3b. If I were you, I'd stick with that.
    My personal philosophy:
The only way you won't find something is if you stop looking.

    Another vote for k3b.

Still lacking AFAIK on Blu-ray write support though.
But you said CD/DVD... I think it's the best app built on top of the
lower level tools... which is ALSO an important note since the choices,
apart from something commercial like Nero, use the lower level tools
(cdrecord and it's free-er variants, etc.).

    Blu-ray is supported by k3b version 1.66.0
the only reason i know this is cause i was gonna burn a movie but it was to large for a dvd and it asked for a blu-ray plus if you gotto about k3b under the help menu it says "K3b is a full-featured CD/DVD/Blu-Ray burning and ripping application."
