    Default Installing Superkaramba

Hey i'm astonishingly new and i need some information on installing superkarmba. Heres what i've done so far.

Dowloaded the program. Opened with ARK which then put the uncompressed file in home/user/documents from here i dragged the file to Konsole and selected cd. Then used the command ./configure and came up with this:

    John@linux-2jil:~/Documents/superkaramba-0.39> ./configure

    checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking for -p flag to install... yes
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
    checking for gawk... gawk
checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
    checking for kde-config... /opt/kde3/bin/kde-config
checking where to install... /opt/kde3 (as returned by kde-config)
checking for style of include used by make... GNU
    checking for gcc... no
    checking for cc... no
    checking for cc... no
    checking for cl... no
configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
    See `config.log' for more details.
