Last update left KDE taskbar black and plasma darker

Hi,

I make a update recently, (kde 4.2.2 (release 1) to kde 4.2.2. (release 2) and after the update my taskbar is black,. And when I put the mouse cursor in a task icon a black square, with black font are displayed (with little blank) You can see a little only. (I can’t read almost anything)

Also, the background color of the plasma window on desktop is black too. This is not a very important issue, but I like what it look likes before the update ?

Or I have to wait the definitively kde 4.2.2 ?

I would upgrade to at least KDE 4.24 it irons out a lot of the bugs in the KDE desktop. By the way I am running KDE RC2 which I have not had any problems with at all. You may want to add the repositories for this version which includes even more bug fixes for the KDE desktop!

You might be confusing folk. Maybe you mean you are running Factory kde4.3 RC2

Just HOW are you getting 4.2.2? I don’t know any repo providing that.

kde4-config -v

Will show kde version

zypper lr --details

will show us what repo’s you have

I get confused: I am using kde 4.2.4.
I’ll serch in the repository, to see what I can found.
