Default Some applications will not load

Installation of Suse 11 went very well. Everything worked as it should. Started all the applications that were important to me. But now several apps will not load: Firefox, Bluefish, Evolution. The all loaded before. I tried reinstalling Firefox and Bluefish but it did not help. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try this for Firefox first, don't know enough about the other two:
Open a terminal window and start Firefox from the command line by entering:
    firefox
Doing so will generate output in the terminal window. Please copy that output and paste it here. It will probably give us the info needed to see what's going wrong.

You mean openSUSE 11.0, openSUSE 11.1 or SLED 11? :-)

Try to launch the apps from konsole, gnome-terminal or xterm and see the
    output.
