Default SAX2 fails completely with ATI Radeon HD3570

I am on a dell optiplex 760 system which has an ATI Radeon HD3570 graphic card. Now when I installed the opensuse 11.1 on it.. sax2 completely failed to write a usable xorg.conf file and exited.

    it says..

sorry could not start configuration server.

the error part from sax.log says:

Use Sax2 to force a vesa driver. Then reinstall the ATI driver. Do
not use SAX2 again except for this usage. After the ATI install SAX2
only use is forcing vesa. Use the ATI config tool instead.

    thanks a lot,
I ended up doing the same, but its good to have the reply as I see many people reporting very similar problems.

    Thanks .
