    can any one tell me, is there any way of how to restore the files accidently deleted.

    You could have a look at photorec, it's at oss and packman repo.

    P.S.
    Of course you'll be able to recover if it wasn't overwritten by other files
    P.S.2 Best idea now is to use a live CD, install photorec while at live CD to minimize the damage if it's been deleted on an os partition.

    can any one tell me the procedure to recover files by using lsof command.

    Have a look at "man lsof"

    I don't think it is possible to recover files with lsof ?

    lsof is used to list files opened by processes
