Default gnome >> buggy upgrade packages!

    hi,

yesterday i updated the following packages:

*plz wait a second, i'm on another machine*
    symptoms:

first minute is ok but slow, then:

i started the package manager. starts ok, but clicking on anything (even some other programs in the task bar) causes a new instance of the package manager to appear. i downgraded gnome-packagekit, libpackagekit-glib and libqdialogsolver to the ones on the suse 11.1 dvd again and restarted x. it was faster, but it still would open the same application that had focus when clicking something. so downgraded enscript, satsolver and PackageKit. still not gone.

however now its sometimes desperatly slow. changing a window focus and the window pops right up, however it takes about a minute to react to anything (clicking, keyboard input etc.) and i cant switch to another window either.

    x outputs:
Window manager warning: Buggy client sent a _NET_ACTIVE_WINDOW message with a timestamp of 0 for 0x3000003
Window manager warning: meta_window_activate called by a pager with a 0 timestamp; the pager needs to be fixed.

another thing: pressing alt + f4 also causes a new instance of focused window. also moving the mouse after it has not been moved for a couple of minutes causes the right click menu to appear. it also takes hours to switch the cursor (eg. normal to text cursor).

it helps to switch to a tty and back to have a window react instandly.

updated packages: (must all be from opensuse update repo)
