    Hello all

    How i can disable face browser in gdm greeter?
    I'm tried to edit /etc/gconf/schemas/gdm-simple-greeter.schemas but with no effect.

    If you disable the user list and run the gconftool-rebuild command the
    face and name list will be gone...
    [CODE]
    sudo vi /etc/gconf/schemas/gdm-simple-greeter.schemas

    Look for the following key and a few lines down change the FALSE to
    TRUE .

    <key>/schemas/apps/gdm/simple-greeter/disable_user_list</key>

    sudo gconftool-rebuild
    [CODE]

    gdm-simple-greeter.desktop is "Not responding" Due to this reason I am not able to login
    Please help.
