Is it me or the background of my Gnome desktop (‘openSUSE Grass’ selected) is changing color over time (from more green to more blue) ?

As I’m pretty sure I’m not drunk 
, I guess it’s a feature I was not aware of.
Useless (? , and probably resources consuming), but very nice, I like that. 
I was about to ask rotfl!
So there’s probably a configuration tool for this (like setting clock). Where is it ?
