    Default firefox 2 unavailable?

I've been trying for days to revert back to firefox 2. Firefox 3 will work
for only a few minutes before closing. (I haven't succeeding in finding out
why.) I cannot find Firefox 2 when I search with Yast or by browsing the
repositories online. Firefox 2 didn't crash on me like the new one. The
functionality of the address bar history was much more useful as well. It's
annoying that a page I just typed in the address for and visited isn't in
the history of the address bar five minutes after I leave that page, but
several pages I haven't been to in months are there. I've downloaded a tar
file and extracted it. Firefox would run by clicking the "firefox" file in
that folder, but plugins, like Flash' could not install.
Is there a way to install Firefox 2 with Yast so that plugins can be
installed as well? As much as I prefer Linux over Windows, a functioning
IE8 is far better than an incessantly crashing Firefox with it's loss of a
useful address history. I don't want to have to deal with the rest of the
hassle of windows to have a useful browser though.
    Thanks.

Holy Smokes. I don't know how I missed that page in my searches, but thank
you for showing it to me. The one-click option even added the mozilla
    repositories for me.
All is well in this corner of the world again.
    Thank you.

Hi Tom - did you try starting firefox 3 from the command line? It may through up some error messages that may help sort out your problem with ff3.

I didn't think about that. That is a good idea. I've already switched over
    to firefox2 though.
    Thanks.
