Glow around the window

There's a glow around the window. I'm trying to change it and can't find the setting

Is it glow, or shadow?

What openSUSE version?
What desktop KDE3, KDE4, GNOME or something else?


This is my favorite from phone help desk:
"My phone doesn't work. What is wrong?"

Opensuse 11.1 KDE 4.2.2 yeah I mean shadow I found the setting but I'm still trying to make it green
