Thumbs up keep Firefox's window automaticaly always on top at startup

I would like to keep firefox's window automatically always on top at startup (OpenSuse-11.1):

I launch firefox with a URL automatically quite precise at startup.
I wish that this window always remain on the foreground.
For that, I usually right click on the task 'firefox' in the tasks panel then check 'Always On Top'.
It is this last process that I want to automate at startup.

Anyone could help me solve this problem?
