Default Can't play 3d games or enable desktop effects - Please Help!

I have been trying to fix this problem for about 5 hours now and can't seem to make any progress on it at all. I am using an old nvidia geforce4 ti card. I am running 11.1 with the legacy nvidia drivers installed from the 1 click installer. I just switched to suse from kubuntu and am loving it except for this one problem. I really hope I don't have to go back to kubuntu just to be able to play games again. Please help me work this out.

Try opening up Yast then click Hardware then choose Graphics Card and Monitor.

Does Sax2 recognize your video card? Do you have 3d Acceleration enabled?

Also does the NVIDIA logo show when you start your computer up or shut it down? If it doesn't then you're not using those drivers you just installed.
