Default xkill, xman not in desktop applications menus

These desktop utilities are installed and usually listed in desktop menus, but I'm not seeing them anywhere.

Which desktop menus? I've never seen them in KDE.

Cool Re: xkill, xman not in desktop applications menus

I would expect them to be in any graphical desktop menu, as they're non-DE-specific graphical utilities that are part of the X.org/X11 suite, right? I was in GNOME and didn't see them. But loading IceWM, they're in that desktop menu. I guess GNOME suppresses them as there are GNOME-specific tools that handle those duties.

I'm always looking for light-weight desktop alternatives--they're ugly, but xkill, xman, xedit do the job.

You can use the run command or use the terminal and type it if it is not in the menu listings
