Question Starting Tomcat 5.5 on Startup (SUSE v11.1)

I want to get Tomcat 5.5 to startup when I log in as a user.

I did some poking around in the system runlevels in Yast, but there was no listing for my working Tomcat 5.5 installation. I also did not see an option to add a service.

After some research, I noticed users of other linux distributions are often recommended to create some type of startup script. This is a completely foreign area to me and I would probably need to do some reading before I'm able to write a startup script similar to the ones I came across.

I usually start tomcat by calling the startup.sh script in its bin directory. How do I get this thing running automatically on startup?
