Default kcron (cron) question - execution at wake up

How do I set up a user task to run once a day at the time the pc is
woken from suspension using kcron (or other method). Kcron does not seem
to have an execute if the time has passed option which is needed because
    of suspending.

I had been using Kalarm but in the last upgrade to qt4.5 in the factory
repo Kalarm was crashing when executing command alarms.
