    Default kde4.2 starting up with multiple control bars

    encountered a strange bug:
    whenever i boot my laptop, kde4.2.0 v97 starts up with three control bars ... the one i created, and two, on top of each other, where i have got no idea where they are from ... i delete them and then just keep on working normally, but next boot, they're back ... anyone has got a suggestion? ... thanks, theo

    you could try this from a terminal

    kquitapp plasma && rm ~/.kde4/share/config/plasma* && plasma &

    If that doesn't do it, you may have to consider starting a new .kde4 folder
