Is there an alternative way to get video previews in Dolphin, other than using the mplayerthumbs package? That requires installing mplayer itself and a few other files, none of which I want. Previously on KDE3 there was some other package which provided this facility.
I’ve also noticed that ODF files are not thumbnailed either.
