Default can't run freegate with wine

when i run freegate.exe with wine in opensuse 11.1 nothing happens

in opensuse 11 it worked flawlessly

i think its wine problem because i had to install snapshot version to make winecfg recognize the drives

my system is opensuse 11.1 x86_64

Doesn't seem to work with wine but foxyproxy seems to do more or less the same FoxyProxy

    "what is foxyproxy?

FoxyProxy is a free, open-source advanced proxy management tool that completely replaces Firefox's limited proxying capabilities."

foxyproxy is NOT a proxy, it just manages them.
freegate creates a proxy that in windows i can use to access Internet without censor. and i was able to use it in opensuse11x86 but in opensuse11.1x64 i does show anything.

I am able to run IE and utorrent in wine but it doesn't do anything when i run freegate with wine
