Default Where can I change the curl options?

I need to change the curl options, because I need to download from an untrusted https repository.

Where can I set the options
    CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER
    CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFHOST ?

Ok, I need to set the --inscecure option, I've set it in root/.curlrc now, but it won't work

EDIT: It only won't work in YAST, but it works if you run curl from the terminal

Yes, but it only works for curl when I use it in the terminal, in YAST nothing changes.
