    I don't think there is such thing like that (i might be wrong, i'm running KDE3 but i searched software with option rpm provides).
    How does a linux geek make love??

    - rtfm; unzip; strip; touch; finger; mount; fsck; more; yes; umount; zip; sleep;

    I use gdmsetup and can change login Screens (even use my own login screens). Check /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager and check displaymanager is set to gdm. If not set it and restart. If gdm is not running you can't use gdmsetup command. It's also possible that gdmsetup package is not installed. And one suggestion: always run gdmsetup after using su from user terminal. You can download gdm-themes from web. Extract those archieve to the /usr/share/gdm/themes/ folder.
