Help Getting this error message Failed to update system: Au

I keep getting this error message when using automatic update:
“Failed to update system: Authorisation could not be obtained”
I am using
Suse 11.0
Gnome Desktop

Any help would be much appreciated

You would get something like this perhaps if the package requires an interactive installation.
