Thread: Hidden Effects Controls?

  1. #1

    Question Hidden Effects Controls?

In KDE 4.1.3 on 11.1, are there any controls for the desktop effects which do not show up under the normal control panel? The compiz control panel seems to have no effect on the Kwin composite effects (which makes sense), but I really want to get back the "dodge" effect I had under compiz when shifting focus between windows. Any hints on if/how this can be accomplished without going back to compiz?

Hi, Kwin still missing a lot of features that compiz gives you. However Kwin is under heavy development and getting a lot better with every new version.
