Default cron logdigest, ignore.local missing full SuSE 11.1

Anyone notice that the ignore.local file has gone walkabouts fro, /etc/logdigest.?

While installing the new 11.1 over my existing 11.1rc1 tonight I started getting mails from cron every half hour that this file was missing, no biggy just curios.

Gave created a blank txt file with that name and will see in approx 25 mins if the error pops again.
