    Default Desktop?

I don't like the new desktop on suse 11... (I had 10.3 before). It won't allow me to do previously normal things like choose send to trash and to "Run Terminal Here"... I just liked the previous... is it possible to set that up here?

If you have KDE4 and don't like it, you can install KDE3.5 (as in 10.3) alongside it and log into KDE3.5, ignoring KDE4 from then on. If you're talking about Gnome, then you need another respondent for that.

    Further to @swerdna

Here is a Howto add kde3 with video guide: Adding KDE3 in Yast from Patterns, then Update from Build Service. OS11.0 - By carl4926

If you are using kde4. Dolphin has View - Panels - terminal
and also right click move to trash

You should have updated kde4 from the original, by adding these repo's:

    Index of /repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/STABLE:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.0
    Index of /repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/STABLE:/Extra-Apps/openSUSE_11.0
    Index of /repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Community/openSUSE_11.0_KDE4_STABLE_Desktop

Thanks ya'll. I guess I had KDE3 installed already. I didn't realize I could just choose what desktop to use when I boot up. I have done so and the desktop is back to "my normal". Thanks!
