I have followed the tutorial at Oracle on openSUSE - openSUSE to get Oracle 11gR1 installed on openSUSE 11.0 (x64). When the installation is complete, everything works perfectly. The problem is when I reboot - once KDE comes back up, it seems that Oracle is not starting (and the web UI is down).
Is there some extra configuration that I’m missing? I don’t see anything in the logs, however, I could be looking in the wrong place. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
