Hi,
I’m getting a strange problem in SuSe11 with deleting some folders from a mounted USB stick. When I try to either r/click and select delete folder or drag to Trashbin I get error ‘creating folders is not supported by protocol Trash’ I can delete files in this manner and also some folders will move straight to Trash ok… I can delete them just fine from command line and I can also drag them to the Desktop (select move) and then drag them to the Trash but not straight from the mounted drive to Trash. I’ve Googled the error message and have found a couple of instances of other people experiencing this problem but no solutions offered… Anyone have a clue??
